Questions about payment
- How does payment work?
- A one-off purchase giving 12 months of access. It is not a subscription: nothing is charged again at the end of the period, and there is nothing to cancel.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Credit and debit cards, plus PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment is handled by Paddle, who are the seller of record: their name is what appears on your statement and on the receipt, and your card details are entered on their page — this site never sees your card number.
- How soon is access granted?
- Straight away. You will get an e-mail receipt as soon as access opens.
- What if I already have access and buy again?
- The twelve months are added to whatever is left, not swapped for it. Renewing early costs you nothing.
- What happens when the 12 months are up?
- The account returns to the free tier, with its monthly calculations and the 3D view. Nothing is deleted, and you can buy again whenever you like.
