How does payment work?
A single Pix transfer, giving 12 months of access. Each order gets a unique cents amount, which is how we identify who paid — so the amount has to be transferred exactly as shown.
How soon is access granted?
Confirmation is manual: usually a few hours, at most two business days. You get an e-mail as soon as access is granted.
Does it renew automatically?
No. We store no payment details and nothing is charged without you making a new Pix transfer.
What if I change my mind?
You have seven calendar days from confirmation to withdraw and get a full refund, with no need to give a reason.
